Norlap Creative is spearheaded by Dean Graham. Dean’s career spans over 30 years working in a range of senior roles for some of Australia’s largest advertising agencies. A multi-award winning advertising professional, Dean has created advertising campaigns for many leading brands, from Telstra to Steel Blue Boots, from the Royal Australian Mint to Ashley & Martin.
Together with his proud Noongar heritage, Norlap is a unique resource within the marketing and communications industry.

Immediately prior to starting Norlap Creative, Dean was the Creative Director (for 10 years) at a top-ten Perth ad agency. His role was to build brands through compelling creative content. With Dean as CD, the agency won the 2015 Small-Medium Advertising Agency of the Year Award.

With a swag of industry awards standing testament to his creative excellence, Dean creates commercial communication that gets results, whether the outcome is sales, awareness or understanding.

The word ‘Norlap’ is from Noongar language: It’s the name of one of Dean’s Apical ancestors.
